A loyalty programme turns a one-time buyer into a regular, and CEMAC POS builds one into every shop. Attach a customer to a sale at checkout and points are awarded automatically from the amount spent — the cashier does nothing extra.
Earning points
Points accrue on the customer's profile as they shop. Because points are tied to the customer and the sale, the balance is always an honest reflection of real, recorded purchases — there is no manual stamp card to lose or forge.
Tiers
As a customer's cumulative spending grows they move up loyalty tiers. Tiers give your best customers visible status and let you offer them better treatment, encouraging them to keep buying at your shop rather than the one next door.

Redeeming
Points are worth something only if they can be spent, so a customer can redeem accumulated points against a future purchase at the counter. The redemption is recorded against the sale like any other adjustment, keeping the loyalty balance and the shop's takings consistent.
Loyalty is optional per sale — a walk-in who does not want to join is simply rung up without a customer attached. Points reward the customers who choose to come back, without slowing down everyone else at the counter.
